Q. May I buy enough super-discounted Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Essentials Facials, Hydrafacials, Coolsculptiing, Microneedling, spray tans, skin care products, etc to last me for the entire year?

A. Yes! This is our annual patient appreciation event, and we encourage our regular patients to do take full advantage. This is the time to stock-up and save!

 

Q. What happens if I don’t  use all of my purchased services before 12/31/19?

A. The unused dollar amount will convert into a nonrefundable credit on your office account to use towards regular in-house purchases. (Note: the credit cannot be used online or at a future open house.)

 

Q. What happens if I’m not a candidate for a procedure or package I purchase?

A. We will gladly issue you a refund or allow you to use the dollar amount you spent toward any other in-office purchase or service.

 

Q. Can I return unopened skin care products?

A. Yes, with a receipt, and within 30 days of purchase. Opened products are not returnable.

 

Q. Can I redeem my injection specials with Dr Nayak? Or my IPL special with my nurse injector?

A. No; specials are valid only with the providers as indicated. Injections are valid with nurses only, and IPL is valid with Emily only.

 

Q. Will I earn Brilliant Districtions points?

A. Yes, when you redeem your eligible services!

 

Q. Can I pay with CareCredit, store credit or gift card? 

A. No, sorry - only cash, check, and credit cards are accepted for this event.

 

Q. Can I apply coupon codes or combine any other discounts with these special event prices?

 

A. No, sorry!

 

Q. What if I don’t purchase everything I need before 11:59pm on November 16th - can I get more at these prices the next day or later?

A. No, this event happens only once per year. Mark your calendars for Friday, November 1, 2019!
